Exchange / Mulligan Process
What is a Mulligan?
- A Mulligan is a process for SP4 members to exchange items received from Short Par 4. Start the process by filling out the Mulligan Form and we'll send you a prepaid return label to ship your items back and a gift card for the value of your items to shop for Mulligan items in The Vault.
How do I start the Mulligan process?
We make doing an exchange very simple for our members.
- Go to http://www.shortpar4.com/account/login
- Click “My Account” then “Manage Subscriptions”.
- Click "Mulligan Form" to fill out and submit information about the items you wish to exchange.
- Receive to your email a prepaid return label and a gift card to the SP4 Shop.
- Ship your package, redeem your gift card and SP4 will ship your new package!
When will I receive my return shipping label?
- A return label will be sent to your email within one (1) business day of Short Par 4 receiving your Mulligan Form submission.
When will I receive my gift card?
- A gift card that reflects the value of the items shipped back to Short Par 4 for exchange will be sent to your email within one (1) business day of Short Par 4 receiving your return package.
What can I exchange?
- All items listed below are eligible for exchange if they were sent to you in your current month’s package or your previous packages. Items received prior to your previous packages are no longer eligible for exchange.
- *Example: If you receive a package in February, your current items and the items you received in January are eligible for exchange. Anything received in December or prior will not be processed for exchange.
- Outerwear (Includes: Pullovers, Sweaters, Jackets, Vests)
- Polos / Button Downs (Long Sleeve and Short Sleeve)
- Base Layers
- Pants / Shorts
- Shoes
- T-Shirts
- Accessories (Includes: Gloves, Hats, Headcovers, Belts, Towels)
What will be the value of the gift card that I receive for my Mulligan?
- The gift card you receive reflects the value of the items shipped back to Short Par 4 for exchange.
- Shoes: $20 - $75
- Accessories: $5 - $20
- Includes: Golf Balls, Hats, Gloves, Belts, Club Covers, Shoe Bags
- Apparel items: $15 - $45
- Includes: Polos, Button Downs, T-Shirts, Base Layers, Shorts, Pants, Outerwear
Do I pay for shipping when shopping with my Mulligan gift card?
- Shipping is always free when shopping for exchange items on the SP4 Shop. Your $9.95 fee to exchange apparel and accessory items and $12.95 for shoes covers this ability or "do-over" given to you to shop for Mulligan items. This payment is securely collected at the end of the Mulligan Form.
Who selects what item or items I get in return for my Mulligan?
- This is your opportunity to select the item(s) of your choice that you would like in exchange for the item(s) you wish to send back.
Can I do a Mulligan for an item I received through a previous Mulligan?
- Yes! You will go through the same Mulligan process using the same "Mulligan Form" that you did to perform your previous Mulligan. Item(s) must comply with the same rules; if it was received in the current month or the previous month then it is eligible for a Mulligan.
When will my SP4 Shop order ship?
- An order placed using a gift card for a Mulligan ships within two (2) business days.
- An order placed outside of the exchange process or as part of a sale or promotion ships within 3-5 business days.
- A confirmation email with tracking will always be sent when your order is being prepped for shipping.
Can I purchase products through the SP4 Shop if I am not doing a Mulligan?
- You sure can! Anything purchased directly through the store will ship within two (2) business days. Aside from promotional packages and some sales, orders from the SP4 Shop ship FREE to all domestic locations!
