When will my package ship?
Fairway & Executive Subscription - These packages will ship on the 15th of each month. If the 15th lands on a weekend or holiday, it will ship the next business day.
NEW MEMBERS - New Member orders will ship within 72 hours. For new orders placed by the 20th of the month, your next charge date will be on the 1st of the following month. If your order is placed on or after the 21st, your next charge date will NOT be on the 1st of the following month but the 1st of the month after that as we don't want you to be charged twice before receiving your first package. If you'd like to move your charge date up, feel free to contact the Customer Service Team.
For example, if your order is placed between the 1st & 20th of August, your next charge date will be on the 1st and ship on the 15th of September. If your order is placed on or after the 21st of August, your next charge date will be on the 1st of and ship on the 15th of October.
